1. How XP works

Qualifying coach-approved training earns EARN program XP. Overall XP rewards consistency and adherence to a coach-approved plan; discipline XP reflects completed work in the athlete's applicable sports. Unprescribed extra training cannot be used to farm Overall XP. The current Overall Level design spans Levels 0–100, with 78,000 XP required for Level 100 and no more than 1,000 Overall XP per week. Sleep has a separate level and does not increase Overall XP or membership discounts.

3. Active membership

While actively subscribed, an athlete may earn eligible XP and retain unlocked discounts subject to the program rules, coach verification and any legitimate corrections or adjustments.

4. Pausing membership

In the first 30 days of a pause, the athlete keeps the current EARN XP level and earned discount. No new XP accumulates during the pause. For each further completed 30-day period paused, the loyalty discount decreases by four percentage points, never below 0%. Earned XP and sport levels remain frozen; this pause-related reduction affects discount eligibility, not the historical XP record.

Example: Starting at a 16% discount, one 30-day period paused retains 16%; two periods retain 12%; three retain 8%; four retain 4%; five or more retain 0%.

5. Resuming after a pause

Athletes resume from their existing recorded XP level. Any discount lost during a longer pause does not automatically return simply because a previous level is displayed. TO CONFIRM BEFORE LAUNCH: the fair and transparent rule for restoring lost discounts via future eligible participation, including how this works at Level 100.

6. Cancellation and return

Cancelling ends EARN rewards membership. EARN program XP resets to zero, as does the earned loyalty discount. A returning athlete restarts the EARN XP program at Level 0. This does not automatically delete personal workout files or override privacy rights and obligations.

7. Coach-approved corrections and transparency

Routine valid workouts may earn XP according to the program rules. Exceptional changes or anomalies can be flagged for coach approval. Athletes cannot self-approve disputed XP. Changes should be traceable and reviewable. The final program must clearly document eligibility rules, corrections, any inactivity provisions, disputes and changes to program terms.
