1. Coaching service
EARN provides personalised sport coaching for triathlon, running, cycling, swimming, HYROX and motocross conditioning. An initial approximate four-week training direction is adjusted weekly. The package includes ongoing coach analysis, a weekly check-in, fortnightly coach-reviewed progress reports, a monthly 20-minute catch-up (by arrangement), messaging, beginner equipment guidance, TrainingPeaks Basic setup and access to the proposed EARN Athlete Lab features. A TrainingPeaks Basic athlete account is free and does not require a separate Premium subscription. Training plans are delivered in TrainingPeaks; EARN reporting and XP are updated through coach-processed training data, not live integration.
2. Communication
Athletes may message their coach at any time. The coach aims to reply within 24 hours where practical, but response times may vary with work, travel and competition commitments. Messaging does not provide emergency assistance or continuous real-time monitoring. Additional coach catch-ups can be arranged where needed, subject to availability.
3. Fees and founding offer
The proposed founding-athlete rate is $200 AUD per month for the first 20 accepted athletes. The proposed standard rate is $250 AUD per month. Eligible earned loyalty discounts may reduce a coaching fee, subject to the Loyalty Program Terms.
BEFORE TAKING PAYMENT CONFIRM: whether stated prices are the complete GST-inclusive price where applicable; any unavoidable charges; payment method and billing dates; whether founding pricing is retained through pauses/rejoins; and whether there is a minimum paid term. No payment mechanism is active on this preview.
4. Pausing
Athletes may request a pause at any time. During the first 30 days paused, EARN program XP and the earned loyalty discount are retained. During an extended pause, no new EARN XP is earned. After each additional completed 30-day period paused, the loyalty discount drops by four percentage points (to a minimum of 0%); XP remains frozen. Payment and service treatment during pauses must be agreed before the program is sold.
5. Cancelling
Athletes may cancel at any time, subject to the final published processing and billing arrangements. On cancellation, EARN rewards-program XP and earned loyalty benefits reset to zero. If an athlete later rejoins, rewards progression begins again at Level 0. Underlying training, communication and financial records remain subject to the privacy/retention policy rather than automatic deletion.
6. Coaching, health and athlete responsibilities
Coaching supports exercise planning and performance. It is not medical diagnosis, physiotherapy or treatment. Before starting, an athlete will be asked to complete an appropriate pre-exercise health-screening and informed-consent process, disclose relevant limitations safely through an approved private channel and seek medical clearance where appropriate. Athletes should stop training and obtain suitable professional advice if they experience concerning symptoms.
7. Risks and outcomes
Physical training and sport involve inherent risks. Progress varies, and EARN does not guarantee competition results, fitness improvements or injury prevention. Specific participation and informed-consent provisions require professional review before onboarding athletes.
8. Consumer rights, refunds and complaints
Nothing in the eventual agreement will exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds and remedies must be assessed under applicable law. EARN will supply a genuine complaints contact and process before payments begin.
9. Membership records and privacy
EARN rewards XP is not the same as the athlete's workout history. See the privacy information for proposed handling of coaching records.
